Can you feel it? ☺️
A foot has been stepped into Autumn, and I felt it just this past weekend. Intermittent thunder and lightning storms, sprinkled with rainshowers ushered in autumn and gave notice that summer was on the way toward the exit.
The first scarf worn on the walk. The first thought of pulling on a sweater in the morning. Yep, I do believe, autumn is saying hello, which means the wardrobe shifts.
While visiting Boden’s site this week I found their new collection entirely focused on the British spirit, and while perusing, continually found wonderful autumnal basics. Each outfit below includes at least one item from their collection and sometimes two. And with many of the items, you can save 10% with promo code C7G3.
Suede consistently shows up this season, so I have shopped a few handbags and shoes for you to ponder, and of course, we have one book per outfit. With five outfits, five books, and all released just recently or will be released in the next couple of weeks, style and curiosity make a great pairing!
Oh! And you will see that I have mixed and matched the accessories and the jeans to show how various outfits can be finished with the use of the same item to show its versatility. Have fun mixing and matching on your own with the items you already have in your closet and happy September as we soon will be saying hello to Autumn!

Love the updated take of the classic crew neck sweater with the Boden Briony Stitch Sweater. The Tod’s penny loafer is a true wardrobe staple. Please check the link for the Boden Clara Cord Midi Dress in Multi it takes you to the Amanda Cord Dress.
Thank you for stopping by Valerie and isn’t the crew neck sweater beautiful? Thank you for alerting me to the link correction. 🙂 It is now updated and here also is the direct link – https://rstyle.me/+5-ypa8I1po3YRBAO38d_sA
Love these autumn finds! Also love that you included one of Alice Loxton’s books! I’ve read both 18 and Uproar and really enjoyed them and preordered my copy of Eleanor a bit ago! Highly recommend her books!
Thank you for sharing your experience with Loxton’s writing! Eleanor looks fascinating and this is the first title I have read from her. You recommendation is very helpful! Have a stylish autumn! 🙂
